I was a bit hesitant to purchase my T+A gear only because it doesn’t have a strong presence here in the States. I had a minor issue with my MP3100HV. I contacted the U.S. distributor, David. He was incredibly helpful, and informative. A really nice guy also. We took care of the issue, updated my firmware, and had a very pleasant phone call. Overall, one of the best consumer experiences I’ve ever had, solving a problem.. I think the gear is fantastic, and now that I’ve experienced the terrific factory support, I highly recommended the brand.
