Suggestion on supported image types

If I do a screen shot on my iPad or iPhone it is saved as a png file. I didn't know that until I tried uploading it here. Then I get an unsupported file type error. So, I have to convert it to a jpg file to upload.

No other site has this issue. If possible can we get the site software upgraded to support png files. Thank you.

Try using TapaTalk, the app for iPhone and iPad. Much easier.

I have no problem uploading PNG files on the normal web browser.

They upload fine. The forum software then says it is unsupported.
