Thank you for proving my point.

You wrapped yourself in “tolerance” and then immediately attacked people who don't share your extremist views.

You claim to oppose hate, but your entire comment is dripping with it. You claim to value inclusion, but only for people who think exactly like you. You claim to be open-minded, while reducing millions of Texans to a lazy stereotype about race and religion. You claim to care about children, yet your side keeps pushes for the sexual exploitation of 8 year olds for your sick fetishes and sexual desires and ideology while vilifying parents trying to protect their children from you.

That is not tolerance. That your side playing word games to avoid the truth of your polices and stances.

You claim to care about safety, yet the same political culture lectures the rest of us while being pro-criminal, pro-rapists, pro-gang members, and leaving normal families to deal with the fallout. Your side is literally attacking police to free murders and rapists from being arrested. That is sick on so many levels. It is Satan incarnate..

Funny you're not upset about the 30-50 people who get shot EVERY WEEKEND in Chicago. Oh - you're ok with that as it's an inconvenient truth of your making and doesn't fit your talking points.

People and companies are fleeing places like California, New York, and New Jersey for Texas every single day to escape people like you.

Maybe instead of insulting everyone here as bigots, you should ask why so many people are running away from the places that claim to be so morally superior.

I would agree 100%. As Eastern Orthodox we follow the direct, unaltered religion and teachings from 2000 years ago. Our services held today are the same as 1,000 years ago. We don't change our beliefs to fit what is cool or fashionable at the time or to fit the loudest most aggressive minority voices.

It has not been changed over the centuries by different elected men who change it as they see fit, it has not been started as splinter groups off other splinter groups off other splinter groups to be able to alter what they claim the teachings are.

As such we have spent thousands of years fighting the evils of those attempting to claim fake religion in an effort to alter what the original teachings were - sometimes through genuine though misguided ways (think the Iconoclast period) and sometimes through being the work of Satan.

As such it is our duty to protect from and call out evil. Sexually exploiting 8 year olds and making it so they are not safe in bathrooms in the name of 'tolerance' while falsely claiming to have religion in their hearts is truly evil.

Totally agree. Of course, the "person" with a different take, is from the "SF BAY AREA", pretty much says it all.

Plus, whether you are religious or not, the morality that religion has set for man, as you portray, is what leads to a civilized society, which some, like that "SF BAY AREA" person, chooses to ignore.
 
Yes, I live in the Sf Bay Area where (most) people are welcome and proud of it! People here tend to openly question "authority" and firmly believe in the "separation of church and state', per the First Amendment of the US Constitution. Perhaps you have heard of it? We don't care for religious Talibans whether in the middle east or in this country, telling us how to live, such as in Texas.

Agree with still-one. The WBF Forum does not allow politics and religion to be discussed. As sould this Forum in my humble view. Causes too much tension and encourages personal argumentative comments. Just a thought.

I think it's interesting on this thread the people who keep bringing up politics literally mentally block-out being the ones to bring it up.

Then they get triggered and attack the people who respond.

Couldn't agree more. The original attack started by one "their" ilk, who mistakenly attacked the buyer of Stereophile as some religious zealot, or whatever terminology he used and then he and his echo chamber got incensed and cried foul for our retorts. Mindboggling.

You sure have a distorted sense of what happened and arew the on who is easily triggered, like bringing up the supposed murder rate in Chicago? What does that have to do with anything? PLus you apparently could not tolerate the West Coast, so you moved to Texas. Or maybe, they couldn't tolerate you? That would be understabable.

As I stated earlier, you need help....seriously, please get it and I will pray for you!
