SSD Transfer From Other Music Stremer/Server

Hi, I am planning to upgrade my old Cocktail X10 to Aurender music server, I am wondering possible to took out the SSD and just plug and player at Aurender? If not what should I do? I downloaded all my old CD into SSD of the Cocktail. So if can would save my time to ripping all the CD again. Thanks.
 
The SSD may have been formatted or initialized by your current device. If that is the case, it might not work unless the SSD is reformatted. However, Something you might try to do is to copy the files from the SSD to a computer (hard drive). If you can do that, then you should be able to transfer those files to the new device once it is up and running.
 
Finally bought my first Aurender music streamer. I am able to transferred all the songs from my Cocktail audio music files to Aurender. One question, if I get external Dac , will the beneficial to the A100? Thanks.
