I have to second Mike's suggestion of the Avantgarde, if all the 4 criteria laid down by the OP must be observed 
The sheer naturalness of these speakers can't be played down!
If you can sacrifice high efficiency, I'd suggest a big YG, like a Sonja 1.2. That will give you the tightest bass (sealed box), incredible transparency, and 110dB+ listening levels, with so little distortion you'll be able to chat with friends in the room.
