He died 4/15 at a young 70. What a great guitarist! Listening to the Blues for Tony CD at the moment, jazz-leaning fusion with soul, a very satisfying recording. Another fave is the Jean Luc Ponty classic Enigmatic Ocean, extremely ear-opening for a high schooler into Yes in the late 70s. Saw him in a trio format about 5 years ago, again just excellent and so modest with his talent. He is missed.
 
Saw him playing his air-tubed guitar live, great artist. RIP.

I had just finished listening to Bruford - Feels Good To Me when I heard the news. I can believe you mentioned Enigmatic Ocean. Pretty sure I wore the grooves thru that one too. I also saw AH play with Ponty several times.

Another great to be missed. RIP Allan
