Or maybe it was but that was not the fix.

It seems that after a few days on the new router I encountered the same issue..could not get to AS. Heavens !!

So I dove deep and this time what I did different was clear the SSL certificate states from their cache.

problem solved. But I had to do it on every PC ..even ones I don't use to go to Audio Shark. STRANGE

If you ever have that issue..go to TOOL/INTERNET OPTIONS/CONTENT and press the CLEAR SSL STATE button.

Sheesh..

And Netgear was no help...

A MAC would have cost $900 in tech support, still not be fixed and they would promise to fix it in the next release,,,maybe.

It would have just worked - so no tech support required.

But if you did need tech support, Apple tech support is what Consumer Reports calls the role model for all companies.

Whenever I have called Microsoft tech support they blame Dell (or whomever the hardware vendor is) and are completely unhelpful. I call Dell and they blame Microsoft.

Sniff sniff...okay...

BTW..Apple support is so good because it needs to be used so often,,,practice makes perfect :exciting:

On a different topic...;I'll be posting some TUBE rolling experience with my new DAC this week..have some good ones..

Thank you guys for talking me into getting one..I love that thing...wait...didn;t you guys talk me out of it...? Whew..glad I don't listen..LOL
