Or maybe it was but that was not the fix.
It seems that after a few days on the new router I encountered the same issue..could not get to AS. Heavens !!
So I dove deep and this time what I did different was clear the SSL certificate states from their cache.
problem solved. But I had to do it on every PC ..even ones I don't use to go to Audio Shark. STRANGE
If you ever have that issue..go to TOOL/INTERNET OPTIONS/CONTENT and press the CLEAR SSL STATE button.
Sheesh..
And Netgear was no help...
