I recently decided to sell my Tannoy a Memory GRF I've had sitting unused for a while . They sold quickly and to a local buyer in New Jersey . I took the ride to deliver them and carried them in and sat them in there new home . Being an audio guy you always notice the gear in the home and I happen to notice VPI turntable , then another VPI table , them another and another . As I ventured into another room sure enough another handful of tables . Then it hit me . The buyer was Harvey Westfield founder of VPI ... Then I noticed a beautiful table sitting all alone in a room I had never seen before . Very well built floating arms ,stand alone power regeneration . Obviously I had to ask . After a few tracks I learned it was next years top of the line model .. So and I quote " keep you pile of 100's you are giving me for the speakers and let me know when the table is ready to ship" !!!! I want serial number 1
