Dan, audioaficionado was also down @ the very same time and for over four hours...roughly 4 1/2 hours, correct?
Pacific Time...from roughly 6:45 AM to 11:15 AM.
Atlantic Time...9:45 AM to 2:15 PM.

Bob.......Yes, AA was down along with AudioShark, WhatsBestForum, SuperBestAudioFriends, and other sites. Funny, but AudioNirvana stayed up. Everything seems back to normal now. Even Amazon is back up with day one of Prime Day Deals.

Thx Dan. It seems that heavy traffic today because of Amazon Prime Day created a chain reaction, not nuclear but volcanic if we look @ the meeting from the two big shots today, in Russia of course.

I'm still having no chance right now with Amazon; it's dead for me.
It's funny, because I too noticed that audionirvana was still operating when the other ones were down.

A theory, very subjective; "advertising".

It's very hot here on the Island, I'm up very early everyday. We are on a heat wave.
And heat mixed with big Prime Day sale from Amazon, and heavy traffic on the Internet, and computers, modems, electronics, ... is public enemy number one. ...Crashes.

Without having a discussion on that meeting today; it sure surprised a lot of people not only in America but also all over the world. We are living life as it happens now, we are live witnesses. ...Changes.

modern technology .......... heaven forbid we pick up 'print copy' and read it !

it is true though how we've grown used to having it all at our finger tips !
