Hi Folks,

I know there are a lot of Siltech fans on here, including me! In fact, I use Siltech 550I balanced ICs from my PS Audio Direct Stream DAC to my Oasis S200M mono blocks. When I changed the ICs to Siltech everything opened up from top to bottom and sounded glorious. (Had Morrow top line ICs prior).
I am now using Audioquest Red Wood speaker cables to my Magico S5s and have Aurender N100H as source.
The system sounds very, very good. But as usual, wondering if there is an improvement to be had. I have a chance to get Siltech 550L speaker cables now and wonder if there will be an improvement or just a different sound. I have no way to audition and as you all know they don't come cheap or inexpensive as some would rather say.
Has anybody compared the two?

Thanks,

Jeff

What would you want to change (characteristic)? If you have a little bite on top, the Siltech will help that. You would also benefit from all Siltech in the system since you already have the IC's.
