Signifigant upgrade?

I was thinking of upgrading from a Yamaha rs201 to a nad 316bee v2, is the NAD a significant upgrade?

From what I've heard of the two brands. It's a side move. Personal reference is all that counts.

What would you want to improve on from the Yamaha and what is your budget?

I agree though that moving to NAD would not be nothing more than a different sound and IMO you are better keeping the Yammmie.
