Shunyata Santa

Oh well, scratch that one off the wish list.

Considering your system, an extra $1K shouldn't be a make-or-break issue, especially for a component that seems to offer such a positive improvement. I pulled the trigger yesterday, & got a good trade-in from the dealer who sold me my Denali 6000T. (Sorry Mike, the offer was just too good...)

No worries, I love the T platform. Hope it comes back.

For me, the issue with the new Everest is I only need four outlets. If they release a 4-6 port version then I might upgrade my current Triton/Typhon to Everest.

Would you consider simplifying and reducing your Shunyata boxes and cables and just plug all your devices into the Everest?

An Everest plus Omega XC.

Do you have a local Shunyata dealer that would let you borrow an Everest to try in your own system to see if there is an improvement over your current setup?

Shunyata Santa arrived early this year....in my Shunyata menagerie:

1 x Denali 6000 v1
3 x Sigma v1 Clock-50
1 x Alpha v2 S/PDIF
1 x Sigma v1 AES/EBU
2 x Alpha NR v2 power cables (arrived today)

On order: Everest 8000.

I'm very surprised how light and flexible the Alpha v2 power cables are, they just ooze eye candy. Compared to my PS Audio Statement AC power cables which are almost as stiff as steel rebar.
