SHUNYATA - HYDRA TRITON/TYPHON BUNDLE vs. Synergistic Research Powercell 3

HI,

I read the thread:

Am thinking of getting the Shunyata Hydra Triton/Typhon or upgrading from my Synergistic Powercell 1 to their 3. I like the SR Powercell 1 that I own and when compared to the PS Audio P10, my SR was much more revealing of depth, soundstage and dynamics; the P10 sounded constricted.

I can't audition either the SR 3 or the Shunyata combo so it's a blind buy.

Any one listen to both?

Isn't the Galileo LE the equivalent price and quality wise, compared to the Shunyata Triton/Typhon combo ????

I'm not sure if it's the same quality. That's one of the things I'm hoping to find out from someone who's heard both the Synergistic and Shunyata gear.
 
Don't know where you live ... but the Cable Company has a demo program... Not sure they have loaner examples of both, because of the high price of these items.

Both the Shunyata and Synergistic Research are their best efforts, both in quality and price...

They better be for $10k !!!!! :) BTW what is your budget ???
