Holy cow Kev.

Awesome looking speakers and system. Congratulations!

Congrats Kev, Absolutely beautiful !!! Give us a detailed report on their sound when you get time !!!

Hey Kev,

Congratulations on the new speakers what's the sound difference between your old SF speaker and the SGR?

John

The Strads are an amazing speaker but they aren't in the same post code as these as they can be tuned quite easily.
Haven't sat down & done any really critical listening yet. These speakers are so adjustable, it's actually quite daunting at first glance at the back of the speakers to see what can be done with them. I have set everything at 0 & in time will start to gain a more in depth insight into their capabilities & to also set the tone & character of the speakers to my liking. Some fun times ahead for sure.
One thought that crossed my mind was to try an ARC REF DAC on them.

nice Kev
Stu has done a great job. never seen a pair of SGR's in blue :D

I do declare these van den Hul 3T Mountain are awesome. They have that lovely warm sound from copper but also have the detail of the silver as they are a hybrid. 48 hrs later & these speakers are really starting to get my attention.

Lovely speakers mate.

My MT3FSL still bring a smile to my dial every time.

Congrats Sharkmouth! look forward to reading more as you get to know them. enjoy! (Great quote in your signature block.)

Mate, very nice looking room & set-up there. Just heard an identical system like it 2 days ago. I've just had Stuart here to dial the speakers in, the 3.2's are sounding bloody good if I do say so myself.
