changed the valves in the freya for tung-sol and its a slightly warmer sound , definately an improvement on the stock valves . at 88 pounds for 4 valves thats not bad upgrade

Here's mine, but no, it doesn't compete with hi-end preamps. Throw the russians at it, much better
