Ribs in the pit tomorrow!

I live in the Pacific Northwest. Can't let a little rain stop me from BBQ.. But it's hot and sunny here right now.

LOL, thats for sure, but a person can't even get out to even begin the start up process for the rain and that's ain't fair to the BBQ gods, and I just love 100% humidity and 95 degrees

iF it ever stops raining, we had planned on ribs and some nice smoked butt.

Is that different than a smoking hot butt? Seriously, I have a Traeger smoker and I really like it.

There is no hot butts only low and slow cooked butts at 225 degrees. Hot butts would be grilling and that ain't no fun

Ps: add some peach wood, a perfect wood for pork.

We need more foodporn, please.

Only grilling over the weekend, no smoking. But turned out well. Perfect weather weekend.
