I believe this company is closed. No answer to several emails regarding a cable repair, and the phone # is out of service. Anyone have more info?

Look them up using Google and it says the store is permanently closed.

Well you might want to contact Google and undo that. I reached out to Brad by e-mail and heard back from him in 15 minutes. He said he is not closed and in fact busier than ever.

If he can't be bothered to respond to a customer's emails (3+ at this point over the course of a few weeks requesting help with a defective product) and his phone is disconnected and he can't be bothered to update his website with a correct phone, then afaic he's closed. Someone else can feel free to correct Google, or he can. I won't waste another minute of time on it.

It feels like I've been reading about severe issues with RAL's communications, service, and fulfillment for all of my audiophile life. That, and the pretty purple jacket they used on cables, is what I remember RAL for. Every other small boutique audio company that ran into problems like this, at least has had the good sense to disappear long ago - well, except for that AV123 guy who keeps re-emerging in this industry somehow (how??).

Guys, I’m getting conflicting reports. Is this business closed or not?

Try calling the # listed on his website: Revelation Audio Labs: contact information For me it was a "# has been disconnected" recording. Same phone # as listed on Google.

I emailed on the 4th, 11th, and yesterday, and 1 or 2 other times in between, with no reply.

The only reason Google shows it closed is because jmusica told them it was closed not the owner of the company who I have had e-mail contact with twice today.

I guess he likes you more than me (tho I haven't given him reason to think one way or another about me other than maybe you're about to buy something and I'm just in need of support). Please ask him why he hasn't responded to my emails. Or why his phone's disconnected. Or feel free to just tell him I'll never do business with him nor recommend him again.

Never met the man. I just contact him and he responds. I bought an umbilical cord from him one time last year and received it in two weeks. No special deal involved. As to contacting him feel free to do your own dirty work as you have already shown the capability.

Dirty work? I sent a pleasant email as a former customer requesting assistance. I've tried contacting him, as I've demonstrated; he doesn't respond. And his business # is disconnected. And his website security cert is expired resulting in a security warning/unsecured site.

Over it. And over you bud. Hasta.

You contacted Google and had them mark a small business owner's website as closed because he didn't respond to you the way you wanted. Something to be proud of.

I think it's fault on Google's part to honor such random request from random person who doesn't own the business at all. Google should have been more careful and done a better job, especially when growing number of people replies on their information.

This is just the way Google works the process. You can "suggest an edit" to the information google has, or if you're the business owner you can take over control of that information. See the screenshot below if you're not familiar with it. Or possibly because I've submitted helpful, accurate information in the past, they don't verify; I really don't know but as you've said, that's not on me - it's on the business owner, or maybe on Google. In any case, the business website carries on, it's just the Google listing shows the business as closed.

When I suggested that the business may be closed, based on the phone being disconnected and the website certificate being expired, I assume Google verifies before marking the business closed. It looks like there are several pieces of incomplete or inaccurate information on this listing. I happen to hate it when Google listings are inaccurate and I often contribute to improving it since I think it's a valuable service.

Small minds go to vindictiveness as the rationale behind things. My suggesting the business was closed was to prevent other people experiencing frustration similar to mine, and based on the legit reasons I've already listed: the phone is disconnected, the website certificate is expired, no-one owns the listing, and I received no replies to multiple emails asking a very simple question over 3+ weeks. I probably should have waited longer for responses to this thread, guilty as charged. I was not "retaliating" against this business, I truly don't care all that much beyond minor irritation at the level of unprofessionalism. Regardless of what anyone else may think. Far as what smarmy small-minded people may make themselves feel superior accusing me of, I'm fresh out of fucks to give.

The address listed is a US Post Office. I bought his Cat8+ Ethernet cables a few years back (maybe 4) and at one point probably a decade and a half before that he was more active in the audio business. Found out in dealing with him, he actually made the upgraded umbilical cord from my Modwright LS36.5 DM preamp to its power supply. So probably shortly after around 2005 he started to be less active in the audio business and didn't participate in things like audio shows as apparently he did in the past. The communications issues seemed to take a step downward at that point. It doesn't look like in the past few years he's been active much - https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_fl/P04000126861 According to available public records, he's probably in his mid 60s at this point so perhaps he's just called it quits

Everything business associated with this guy is a post office box. His home address in Bunnel is not. I might just drive out there when I have nothing to do. Never dealt with him. Heck maybe he had issues with covid.

He's had bunch of different addresses - Bradley Vojtech — OfficialUSA.com Records It seems in recent years he's hopped around. According to the one listed on Eastmoor Ln, it is possible his son (?) still lives there. When I bought my Ethernet cables, they came in nice custom material pouches with links to reviews, literature and religious info too (which is the first and only time I've received audio equipment or accessories with that kind of material). I did talk to him on the phone for about half an hour when I bought them.
