I always thought the Red Bull paint job was boring - until I went to an F1 race and saw it in person. The TV cameras do not show the pearlescent paint job well and it really looks fantastic in person.
I'm just glad Hamilton isn't winning.
I’ve been watching F1 for over 30 years. During that time, the series has had ups and downs but always interesting and mostly fun.
Most fans disliked the period of the tires with treads which were designed to slow down the cars. Also, the retirement of the V10s and subsequently V8 replaced by the early hybrids was a terrible period for F1.
While the new cars are heavier, larger and don’t sound terribly exciting, they are faster than ever. Nothing will bring back the sound of the V10s or V8s driving by at 18K RPMs (ridiculously loud but exciting).
As for RB and Max dominant performance, it is very common that when a manufacturer gets the car right and has a super talented driver, the other teams will have to play catch up for multiple years. Benetton, Williams and McLaren had multi years of dominance in the 90s. Then Ferrari with Schumacher followed by RB with Vettel and until 2 years ago, it was Mercedes with Lewis.
In 2026, the formula changes again with new engine specs and aerodynamics. So more to come!

I think things would get REALLY exciting if we went back to the days with no radio - just pure driver skill.
