Qobuz Feb. 15 login change

Just received a notification from Qobuz about their upcoming server change.

From Feb. 15 if you experience Qobuz playback / login issues, please logout Qobuz from Lumin app. Power cycle the Lumin, then try to login again.

If that does not work, please power cycle your whole network of devices starting from and especially including the router.
 
While I was listening yesterday, playback stopped and I thought the Lumin app crashed, but in fact Qobuz had logged me out of my account and Lumin wasn't communicating with Qobuz.
I logged in again to Qobuz and all was resolved.
 
Had a similar Qobuz thing a few days ago. Closing the Lumin app, restarting the iPad, then logging back in resolved it.
 
Does anybody else have loggin issues with Qobuz currently?

I've restarted my router and network player, created a new Qobuz password and reset Lumin App, but still get 400 Bad request error.
Login to the Qobuz website works fine.
 
In the username field, if you were using a Qobuz account name, please try the e-mail address instead, and vice versa.

If it still does not work, please send your Qobuz account name, e-mail, and password to [email protected]

I also need to know your Lumin model, firmware version (in Lumin app About of your Lumin hardware), and the country you're located in.

Login name and email was same - after changing login name to a different one it seems to work now (maybe this will save anybody else a lot of time troubleshooting arround)
 
Do you mean you could change the login name of your current Qobuz account without creating a different account and setting a new payment for it?
 
I was just changing the name how you would be named on Qobuz to a different one - so nothing changed in payment settings.
