Platterspeed application for Iphone and Android
Hello,
In some recent testing on another forum, found out about a cool app to check your turntables speed accuracy and deviation. Lest you think this is a toy, it is a freeware app from the makers of Dr. Feikerts Adjust + software (299 Euros...ouch)
Anyway, this free app is very cool. Using a 3150 test tone record on your TT, you simply hold up the phone with the app running. Tells you your rotational speed real time and graphs the tone. When you stop, it stores and gives you the analysis (see my pic below)
