Oyaide MJ-12 record mat

Spun a few LP's with the MJ-12 mat and it seems to flesh a bit more out of the mids. Oyaide claims better tracking and I think this holds true, still need to spend more time and try it on my other tables.....all N all its pretty nice, nothing negative yet, I like it.

What is the thickness of the Oyaide? I understand there is some variation in thickness from outer ring (thicker?) to spindle (thinner?)
Wondering about this and the fit on my table. Also, pricing is what on this?

Chris.....Its 5mm thick with a 1 degree variation from outter to inner, also 300 gram or more record weight is recommended. Retail is $295

Any more thoughts on the Oyaide mat? Are you using the mat alone or with the Oyaide thin rubber layer on top.

Hi Chris.....I've been moving it around from table to table, so far no negatives but still need more time. Just using it alone no rubber mat.
