Yesterday I was looking for the Technical audio forum section, but couldn't find any.

Also, there is no Science forum section, and no Health forum section either. ...You know, life's longevity and all that vitamin jazz.

No big deal really as they can be included right here in this General section of the forums.

Just mentioning that's all. :)

P.S. Hope this won't start any controversy.

Well the place here is called Audio Shark, not Health Shark or Science Shark but I don't mind discussing these topics. Want to start a real one?

I already did Brian, twice or trice. ...All locked!

Sooo, NEVER anymore! This is just ain't the place to discuss about Techs, Science, and all that jazz. :)

And I'm 100% perfectly fine with it; the Internet is super vast that we can find anything and everything we love sharing, talking, learning, discovering about.

Audio (sound - music) is my main hobby in life, but it is certainly not the only food that I need to expand my brain.
With appreciation of music and audio gear comes a world full of vibrating chords from all over our body and soul.
...A balance with everything and everyone living on Earth.

Good Health in 2014 Brian!

Do you have one in mind Brian?

Well, my wife and I have started making smoothie concoctions about 5 days a week. The usual ingredients are:
Frozen Banana or Blueberries
Fresh 1/2 Lemon juice
1 Pear
1 Apple
Stonyfield Non Fat Yogurt
Silk Almond Milk
Fresh Baby Kale or Spinach
Flax Seed OR Coconut Oil

This along with the many other healthy choices. My wife volunteers at a local Senior Center and writes a quarterly News article called Healthy Lifestyles.

Regular may be an understatement.

A happy healthy New Year to you Bob!

All my entire life I worked real hard to be healthy physically and mentally.

There is no problem reaching that goal (for a guy like me); the toughest part, the real challenge is swimming happily among all the rest of the world.
It simply is an impossible mission. This planet is simply not the right spot for that.

We all try our very best (the good people), but we just don't try hard enough.

* That's a good post that one just above, Brian.
