Mike, I know that would not have happened with Sun Coast Audio - ever. Customer service is indeed a bit different in Germany.
May I point out, that should also not reflect on the quality of the great Avantgarde products, it's just one dealer with an interesting understanding of customer service. I sent Avantgarde a note to recommend another dealer to me, hopefully not too far away.
I find it a bit funny: please get in line to make your payment. We only take large bills [emoji3].
