Onkyo USA | P-3000R


I'm thinking about buying this preamp for my Job225. It seems to have a loyal following and has great reviews. Any thoughts?

No stereo XLR balanced analog inputs and outputs?

The DACs (two, one per channel in differential mode) are the TI BB PCM-1795 (same DACs that are in my Integra DHC-80.3 SSP).
...Not what I call hi-end; I would prefer ESS Sabre32 Reference 9018 or 9022 DAC (4 DACs per each stereo channel).

She's cute though, Onkyo latest designs I like (more than Integra).
