Hopefully, his Magico dealer will do a better set up job, then his WA dealer did with his Alexias.

Yes and no. Let's face it. Pretty much all/each companies products have a familial sound. Cj will always sound like cj. Same for D'Agostino, ARC, Wilson, etc. Hard to believe the M-series would be radical departure, different sound than the Q series. Based on what I saw in April, I'd think the new speakers would fall under a refinement and evolution of Magico's basic philosophy.

Congrats Ian!!! They are beautiful speakers. I think the most attractive that Magico has come out with yet. I imagine they would sound similar to the Q7...fast company. Best of luck with them!
