Marcin...looks like you are a dealer also for the Trenner and Friedl speakers and the ones in the picture look like the Isis. Can you tell us in general what the "house" sound of T&F is like and specifically the Isis? These seem to me relatively tube-friendly designs (nominal 8ohm impedance and usually above 90dB sensitivity), so are they designed in general with tube amps in mind? Also if you have any sense for an older speaker called Ella as well as the Pharoah in the current line up, I would also appreciate any comments on those models.

Congrats on the Octave Jubilee pre and mono amps

Congrats on the Octave Jubilee pre and mono amps

We're not a dealers or Hi-Fi Shop, but just internet magazine ;-) You're absolutely right about loudspeakers on photos - thats Trenner&Friedl Isis, but ... We've got Pharoah also. Isis offer great - very wide and deep soundstage, with almost full realism of dimensions of instruments etc. They aren't stereotypically "tube sounding" speakers, but of course it's not such neutral/transparent type of sound like diamond or good implemented AMT "tweeters" High efficiency of ISIS maybe on paper looks friendly for 5-9W SET, but believe me - the best results are with high class powerful transistors or strong tubes like McIntosh/Octave/Ayon.

Marcin...sorry, thought you were a dealer for some reason. Thanks for clarification and feedback on T&F Isis.
