No audio from Lumin X1

One of my Pass amps broke so I need to use my backup stereo until the Pass is fixed. However, I get no audio from my Lumin with this stereo. The only difference is I am using the RCA output on the Lumin versus the XLR. Is there a switch or setup option I need to change to use the RCA output? I haven’t found anything. Thanks.
 
As a possibility, if the XLR you were using was an AES/EBU connection then that was a digital output. Whereas the RCA's are an analog output.
Just change this in the settings from digital out to analog out.
If however your XLR's were a pair of analog outs then I can't help.

I have the Lumin A1 so this may or may not apply. There is no setting that toggles between XLR and RCA. However, the XLR outputs have a much higher gain than the RCA outputs. Perhaps you just need to increase the volume level to solve the problem.
 
Please use Lumin app to factory reset the S1 (in the About function). And try power cycling it.
 
And please disconnect the DC cable, and reconnect it again.

If I'm not mistaken you have the X1 power supply upgrade (and cable) for the S1? If that's the case you may try both the X1 PSU and the S1 PSU to see if that makes a difference.
