Yes, there’s a network connection and usb inputs. I have not played too much with the dsp. They sound glorious to me.
 
Don't know how to use the program to make those adjustments, what i need is to have the presets like +2db_fre+15hz but don't know where to change the frequency as i don't see an option for that on the main part of the program, then the X-over and in settings are way more advanced and on those i don't have a clue on what i would to with that.
 
I actually need a bigger computer screen to see all my options in the software. Mike sent me a curve to start with and I adjusted bass from there. I really need Jim Smith to come out and do it right. My system/room is not standard or conducive to the magic Jim could impart. I know my room could be better and setup tweaked a little but OMG, I’ll lose my mind if it gets any better.
 
Does the software have the option to connect a microphone and let the system read the room and make adjustments like Audyssey or the Anthem Room Correction software in receivers? That would take care of most of it until the dealer re-opens.

Did you visit this site yethttps://www.avantgarde-acoustic.de/en/customers/downloads.html ?

Plese down load this one and plugged in with your computer and connect with USB cable see if you can open up the whole software. it might reset the whole program.
 
It’s either coming or delayed. I don’t remember if it’s been released or the status. I forget to ask mike. That would be great if it was available

Yeah i did, it was with that software that i updated the firmware and ended up losing all the presets...
 
Well, will waitiuntil i get a response from avantgarde or the dealer so i can use the speakers again, because without the dsp presets the sound is very very trebly and flat, almost without body in the sound, so i'm really hating it like this and don't want to hate a pair of speakers i was really liking because of this situation, so i will wait it out, too bad.
 
Looks like you've got a lot of reading up to do about the software setup in the mean time. Try reloading the update a second time and see if it re-boots with the presets back in place. You've got nothing to lose at this point.
 
Are both speakers without presets? Did you try and update firmware on both at the same time?
 
I think it’s just a computer glitch. It’s got a be a way to reset to factory setting.

Nop, i updated them separately and they both lost all the presets
 
I believe there were only dealer modes as i didnt have any 15hz adjustments like stated in the manual, only had 0, 30 and - 30 hz presets for example
 
Is your dealer an Avantgarde dealer? Failing that, what I want you to do is email Armin Krauss: [email protected]

Explain to him what happened, and ask for a “remote session”. He can remotely log in and see what has happened and make all corrections remotely and get you back on track.

Once back on track, let me know, and I will email you my Zero TA EQ settings to play with. Obviously, they are just starting points and your room will dictate the appropriate adjustments to each.
 
Yeah they are, they will also send an email to avantgarde asking for a firmware or fix. Let's see if this get's fixed soon, and thank you, hopefully i can get this sorted, would really apreciate your settings after, i'm sure it will help me improve the sound even more.
 
So avantgarde sent me the ffi file and now i have the presets again. If you could send me the custom settings would really appreciate it Mike.

Sure. PM me your email address. Remember, these are just my settings for my room. But a good starting point.
