I really enjoyed the First Watt F6, which was basically the same amp. It just didn't have quite enough for the new KEF's.

This one seems to have a bit more juice though still maybe not enough for the KEF's. It's tempting though I have no complaints with the BHK. Any time frame on your Stellar amp?

Hey Jack... the F6 was very good for normal use, but didn't have any reserve with the KEF's... great sounding amp though... specs identical to the new Pass...
The new PS Audio arriving Friday.... should be fun... so most all amp flavors in rack for whatever mood
...
Still thinking of the DirectStream.... being that I am such a DSD fan... May have to talk with Ted and Paul in Chicago

I've had this amp paired with Avantgarde Uno XD's for several months now.The bass is tighter and more refined than SET. The mids/highs while not SET are made up for with more of everything else. It takes the AG's to another level. Highly recommend a listen.
I have one on order. Will get it next week.
