Anyone know whom sells Micro Seiki replacement parts. I've checked ebay, and the micro seiki user site and have posted on vinylengine. My motor has bitten the dust after 35 years.
its a 4-pole, 6-slot outer rotor brushless type, servo controlled

I do not know anyone selling replacement motors but you might try searching for a motor rebuilder they are common in larger motors. For small high end motors their must be someone who is doing it. The motor it self should have a country and manufacture on it start with them if still around. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Thanks Garth. The wife and I went up to Jacksonville and dropped the motor off at a electronic repair shop. The motor it appears is shorted somewhere inside. The guys going to investigate and let me what he can do.

So right now I'm without a TT. So I 've been looking at a VPI Scoutmaster just in case.

I hope your guy can fix it. Shopping for a new table if you have not done it in awhile a few points get a Mortgage on the house sell a few body organs. Then you are ready to start. Have fun their is a lot of nice gear out there these days. I have no opinion on the VIP scout never had one or used one. The motor maybe far cheaper than you think.
