Joe, you crack me up... thanks for initiating me again ....

So will the VT80 be that much better than the VT50/Ampzilla, or will the Ref1 be that much better than the MC's... both cost $8000.... these are the questions that we need to know ...

If you love the MC speakers, keep them and don't worry. My advice, knowing you, is that you want not only great sound but easy to live with gear. The VT80 will do that and without any bias worry, let you enjoy it as your only amp. No amp is perfect but I think you've already experienced the great things a tube amp brings to the table. Don't obsess, enjoy what you have, list the Ampzilla, when it sells, bank the money until we find out more info on the VT80.

Words of wisdom there... and you are probably 100% right.... love the MC's... with the REL and the KEF I am sure that their only slight short coming will be solved!
