Updates. AQVOX still doing its job but now powered by King Rex ps for the moment. I'm trying the Uptone LPS1 next week, around £400. King Rex makes the sound more dynamic, more energy and bit more clearer. £250 in the UK. Paul Haynes would be worth a try as well.
I use a Bybee Signal Enhancer pad under the AQVOX. £120 in the UK. This lowers the noise floor even further.
