Need Denver Restaurant Suggestions

My daughter is graduating Nursing School in Denver the 3rd week if March and I am looking for a great restaurant with great food and atmosphere to take her out to celebrate. We eat all types of ethnic foods. There is some Cuban restaurant that she likes but it does not take reservations. My wife and I will be there 4 days.

Any suggestions?
 
I recommend Barolo Grill in Cherry Creek. We've enjoyed fantastic northern Italian (Piemontese) inspired meals there consistently: Barolo Grill

My folks really like this place: Root Down Denver My wife and I went with them one busy night and the service could have been a little better, but the food was great regardless.
 
These are all great suggestions. I like the Menu's at all 3 with the Barolo Grill being my fav.

My wife and I love both Osteria Marco (rustic Italian) and Lola (coastal Mexican). Lola has a fun patio when the weather is nice.
 
The menu from Lola looks awesome!

Some tough choices, I have 4 days there, I just may have to hit 2-3 of them.
 
My recommendations are both in Boulder if you want to take a short road trip. Frasca's (great Italian - Beard Award winner) and Blackbelly Market (great farm to market - Hosea Rosenberg, Top Chef).
