Nagra III - failed internal speaker and mic input

[FONT=&quot]I purchased a semi functioning Nagra III but have a feeling I might have to sell for spare parts as struggling to fix...[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I replaced the pinch roller and I have sound from the monitoring outputs on the front of the machine. However the internal speaker has no output and neither does the line out except for a very faint crackly noise - when I press test tone I can just about hear it. In addition the mic input isn't registering my microphone as the modulo displays -10db constantly with no sound output and except for some crackling. I know its not much to go on but does anyone have any ideas before I give up on it[/FONT]
