N100H & Tidal

I just bought an Aurender N100H. I stream my music from Tidal(90% of the time) and I have Hi-Res downloads as well. So i loaded my Tidal Library, only to find out that you can only load a 1000 artists under favorites? I don't have that problem with my Tidal app? Does anyone know of a work around!

I don't have an Aurender, but you could include an album from your additional favorite artists under favorite albums. When an album is listed you can click on the artist's name to access all of their albums. Maybe it's not ideal, but seems like a reasonable workaround.
 
Audio Advisor. But I don't blame them. I read all the info on the Aurender website and reviews of the unit. Nowhere does it mention the 1000 artist limit! Maybe I missed it? If Tidal has 25 million songs, how do you limit the number of artist to 1000?

Why do you want to have so many favorites?

I have 10—the way I use it is when I listen to a playlist recommended by Tidal, and I stumble over an artist that I like I make the artist a favorite, just so I don’t forget the name (this often happen at work on my phone and the favorite is across all my devices)

The artist I most listen to I don’t include in the favorites, I just search for them and play whatever album I like.

If you have 1000 Favorites, you will also need to search for them—why don’t just search the complete Tidal catalogue?

I hope you don’t take this the wrong way but I just don’t understand the problem?

Hey Morten, please don't take this the wrong way, but I don't care how you search for music! I like to search by artist and I like to save my music by artist! If I can save over 1000 artists in tidal, you should have the same ability with the Aurender N100H. I have contacted Aurender for their insight & help.
 
That's real nice Gary, he was only trying to help and he did care about you or he wouldn't have answered at all. You may be frustrated with your new device and I can understand that, but you need to care a little more about your fellow sharks. I have a N100H, but with your attitude, why would I want to help you?
