My Naim Solstice arrived

It’s only been a few days and I’ve not had time for a ton of listening.

And critical listening must await new speaker cable as my A3s can’t be placed properly yet.

Early indications- very Naim like and very ND555 like in presentation.

A jump up from my P10 is the initial impression. In time I’ll check vtf again and try to a/b the phono stage vs my Superline which I’ll almost surely sell off.

Fit and finish are exceptional.

Here's a system pic. I was playing with the logo brightness. 3 settings; the logo on the tt and the phono stage (right below it) are all on dimmest; the logo on the power supply (on the right stack) is brightest. The older (but still current) Naim boxes display their classic green logo.

Thanks Mike! As you know first-hand, it's a lot of boxes with Naim. Vs other brands where maybe the total weight is the same, just with fewer but bigger boxes

If you ever bring your Kharmas up for a vacation to cape cod I can babysit them here while you eat clam rolls.
