We all pick and choose the laws we are willing to skirt (mine are usually traffic related). I have never had much of an issue with those who purchase music, save it to a server then pass on their discs. That is not what I do but I understand why some feel they should have that right. The ones that tick me off are those who borrow CD's from others just to load onto their servers and never actually purchase the music. They are cheating the musicians.

Understood. Are traffic violations related to how much you are negatively affecting those around you? plus the consequence is much higher..
