I’m pretty much dedicated to my room. I did stop in for a quick listen to the new S2’s. VERY impressive.

And that’s a wrap for Munich High End 2025 and Munich forever. Next year is Vienna.
The show was incredible. 25,000+ attendees, 650 exhibits, 600 press. Astounding numbers.
This show solidifies the industry as being legit. It always has.
It’s truly an international show. The level of mutual respect is unparalleled compared to the USA. Hard core competitors walk around complimenting each other. There isn’t the level of animosity like you see in the US. There just isn’t. They’re fiercely competitive, but respectful and professional and genuinely friendly to each other.
The friendliness of everyone from around the world to each other is what I take away most. Let me give you an example:
There I was standing at the doorway to our huge room and this wee little Chinese girl comes up to me. The sweetest, cutest little thing you could ever imagine. She comes up and says “Mr. Mike?” I said “yes”…she said “I run the Shanghai HiFi show and I wanted to meet you. I know you are an owner of the Florida show and I watch your YouTube channel. I want to give you a gift.” She proceeded to give me a special record from China. I was so honored and thankful.
With all the problems in the world, this is how people really behave when politicians aren’t around.

I was there on the last two days and spent most of my time with the exhibitors on floors 4.1 and 4.2 where most of the heavy hitters are located. No other way to do it in the limited time that I had. I got to spend a good hour or so in total at the Clarisys room and got to meet Mike. Fabulous sound from such a huge system.
