MR 85 tuners

I have 2 MR 85 Tuners barely used over the years. They both don't change stations with the tuning knob unless the mood hits them after much turning.
Seek buttons always work.
Father Time has apparently won again over actual use.
Thoughts?

Afternoon KingRT10. I have the McIntosh MAC6700 receiver with HD tuner. If I seek stations mine will stop seeking. I can still dial in a station. But to seek again I have to turn it off then back on to work. I do like having the side stations on the dial. I understand McIntosh no longer puts the HD tuner in them. I use a tee antenna from CCrane. Living in the Detroit suburbs I get great reception. Give Audio Classics a call. They are very helpful. Good luck.

The MR85 is not a HD tuner. I think he is talking about the flywheel tuning. I usually use the seek on my MR85 because the flywheel is too fast. Then again I almost always just use the presets anyway.
