Pretty crazy but when I search Neil Young on an N10 I get a totally different mix of albums and order of them vs. what your screen shows. I have not found any of the NY albums to be MQA. How are you telling that one copy is MQA? I tried it on the desktop app and none of them showed MQA. Tell me one that you know is MQA so I can try it....thx

Seeing the same from Lumin app. Checked a few albums - none are MQA. (Tidal MQA music must be 24-bit, not 16-bit.)
I am hardware decoding on an MQA dac. I get 16/192K or sometimes 24/48K readings or 24/88K, depends on the original recording. Maybe I don't understand but I thought 16 bit/192K could be an MQA file???
Tidal MQA music is always delivered in 24/48 or 24/44.1 format (non-Tidal MQA music can be different, but that's another story). With a MQA DAC, that can be decoded to higher sampling rates. I'm not aware that it can become 16/192 instead of 24/192, but if you did see 16/192 when playing Tidal, I guess that's possible. When you see 16/192 from Tidal again, please let me know which album shows it. Thanks.
As far as I know there are no Neil Young albums on Tidal in MQA. One thing they do that is a pain is that they list each version/release of the title separately for both standard and remaster. Some frequently reissued or remastered titles are on there many times more than needed.
Peter..what do you mean by 'kill the app'??
I assume he means close and restart it.
