I know some here are not impressed with the Neolith , But i heard this speaker awhile back and thought it the best Logan i have ever heard, not the bright typical threadbare Logan sound , i usually find annoying.
System amplification were the Devialet 400/400 mono's , which did run into clipping issues , but sounding well balanced when not. Dispersion was very good for a ML, enough so , you could choose multiple seating for listening , best was off center at least 14 ft from speaker, too close made it phasey,
( reflections, time smearing) but good dispersion and balance and had enough bass/sub settings to fit most if not all applications, not sure now if SAM was being used.
The Rear firing woofer does make location from rear wall a big deal, surprised ML did not go down firing , but there are other advantages to being rear firing ..
