Marantz 1040Fus3

Does anyone know where the main fuse is on a Marantz 1040 when it's setup for 220V?

This is what it looks like, with the cord entering where the externally accessible fuse would be on a U.S. 110V unit.(Where the 110V cord normally goes in, to the left, is just covered with a little plastic cap.)

Any help is greatly appreciated!
