Magico S5 mk3

Why does it take so many people? When I buy new Magico speakers they are just left at my front door and I do everything myself after that.

Just lucky I guess.

There is a teaser post from Magico on Instagram....photo of something in S series bigger than S5....

My guess is the new speaker is the one in the center flanked on the left by the S5 and on the right by the S3. If correct I think it will be the entry level in the S series, the S1. We’ll find out 12/02/24.

I've been keeping my eye out for S5Mk2 on the used market, not many offerings I could find. I would have thought quite a few to choose from with Mk2 owners upgrading to Mk3. Maybe owners are not inclined to upgrade?

Never particularly cared for the S5 MkII. Maybe it was the electronics but the few times heard it first hand it sounded dry in the upper registers.

Give it some time. I'm sure some will hit the market. The new S5 just came out.
