I listened to these for several hours today.  The midrange is very special. The bass is tight, balanced full and articulate.  Despite not having a curved front baffle, the speakers still do a great disappearing act and the image height is perfect.  They fill our 17 x 25 room with ease and play loud without any breakup.   The speakers also convey a great sense of emotion from the music.
Do the Magico A5’s redefine the $20k speaker market? I would say yes and those speakers costing much more better be worried too.
I’ll let these continue to break in and give another report next week. But for now: WOW! A Home Run.
