Very nice. That's a huge one. I'm enjoying mine - all my CDs are now ripped.

Aurender's Tech Support is top notch as well. I didn't know how to delete a album. One call, that's all. Ari in Tech Support is great.

In a review by The Computer Audiophile on the Audiophilestyle.com website the reviewer made the following observation:

"The ACS10 features a dedicated USB audio port as its only audio output for a direct attached DAC. Aurender maintains that this output is equivalent to the N10's USB audio output. I have both the ACS10 and N10 and can affirm the high quality of both outputs. In fact, I'd likely fail a blind listening test between the two devices."

Having previously owned an N10 I can agree with this statement. Keep in mind my system is modest in comparison to many audioshark member's systems, but the reviewers system is top notch and he was very impressed with the sound he heard from the ACS10.

Look very nice!

Is it 28TB or 2x 8TB? SSD or HDD?

This should work excellent with the Luxman D-08u that I am using.

It has 2 X 14TB drives. I have the 16TB model - 2 X 8TB drives. You can set them up in a RAID array or use both drives spanned to use the full capacity of both drives together.

I've got the ACS10 with 8x2 TB HD. It defied the laws of diminishing returns. I had a similar product that retailed at $4k I actually wasn't very happy with the sound, the ACS10 was at least twice as good sound quality for $6k. That's conservative, it actually killed that other piece. So despite having to establish an Ethernet connection, buying an iPad and only using USB, I am happy as can be with the ACS10.

Happy ears is happy me :)

It would be interesting to hear some of the other streamers in the $4k range to see if the piece I dumped was on par or a bottom feeder. My friend has an Innuous but I can't tell much, she feeds a Devialet with it. Our systems are apples and oranges.

@Mike - do you know if Aurender will support displaying album cover art on the ACS10 display when playing a track or album? When ripping a CD, cover art is displayed, but not when playing back from the HDDs.
