Luminary's & Tidal login problem

Hi All,

I got a new Tidal account through my family plan. The account works well on my iPhone, iPad and computer but I can't login into the account from the Lumin app.

I'm suspecting that the Lumin app has a problem with the email address used (where it works in Tidal).

Email is formed as: [email protected]


Can anyone help?

Please change your password to use alphanumeric characters only, and retry.

If it still does not work, please state the model of Lumin you're using, and PM me your Tidal password. After we finish testing of your account, you may change your password. If you cannot PM yet, please send it to [email protected]
