Lumin Remote Next/Prev Skips

I’ve noticed when using my X1 remote’s Next/Prev buttons (with Shuffle Off) that the next or previous selection is often skipped, ie., 476 will jump to 478 or go back to 474. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

Yeah, mine does too!

I have also noticed that the remote batteries are fussy as to how they are installed. Just placing the batteries in place will cause the remote to malfunction. You must slide the batteries into the front bottom first.
