All of my saved playlists have disappeared.

Has this ever happened with your Lumin?

Please note that there are no icons at the bottom of the queue. Even if the active playlist was empty there would normally be a "music note" icon. This has happened once before when I first got the Lumin where one or two actively saved playlists would disappear for unknown reasons. But this time all of them have gone "poof"!

I am aware of the 2000 song limitation between all playlists and have not come close to that. I'm sure I didn't delete them or overwrite them. My iCloud account is up to date. My iOS is up to date. Hey maybe that's the problem. :weird:

But seriously, if anyone has any ideas on how to bring this back from the dead, I'm all ears. It is aggravating losing your reference playlists.

One other point. Sometimes saved songs from the NAS wouldn't have their artwork show up in the queue or in the upper left and corner of the iPad screen. This would happen about 10-20% of the time although the file would play fine. If I would delete the song/album without the artwork and re-save it then the artwork would come back.

I have a QNAP TS-451+ 4 bay NAS with multiple terabytes of music.

One other quirk when I would hit MinimServer rescan under tools the Lumin goes offline. My only choice is to Update the music library.

If I sound like I know what I'm talking about, I don't. I am not technically oriented.

And don't say "that's what you get for having digital, get a turntable."

With recent iOS updates, I found that it's often necessary to kill the app (double click Home button and, swipe away the Lumin app) then run it again.

If that does not work, please power cycle your Lumin, then reboot the iPad.

I am aware of the 2000 song limitation between all playlists and have not come close to that.

Is this true? If I have 10 playlists with 200 songs each then I cannot add another song to any playlist?

If true that is BS and needs to be fixed ASAP. Thank you.

Each playlist is limited to 2000 music. The number of playlist is only limited by iOS. The total count of music from all playlists combined can be a very large number.
