Hi Peter,
My X1 has been working flawlessly. However, today the display shows a “Network Error” message. Being a long time owner of Lumins, I followed the typical protocols:
- Unplugged the Lumin - power and Ethernet
- Restarted the entire network (router and switch) multiple times
- Replaced the Ethernet cable into the Lumin
- Tried various Ethernet plug connections on the switch
But nothing has worked.
Any suggestions?
